Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use the FastConnect Android app, the VPN servers it connects to, and the fastconnect.cc website. By using FastConnect you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What FastConnect is

FastConnect is a VPN service. The app creates an encrypted connection from your device to one of our servers. We do not promise a particular speed, a particular location, or access to any website or service.

3. Accounts

• Guest accounts: you can start without signing up. The guest account is tied to your device identifier. Reinstalling the app keeps it; a factory reset starts a new one.
• Paid accounts: you sign in with a VPN PIN and password. You are responsible for keeping these private and for everything done with your account.
• You must give accurate information where we ask for it, and keep it up to date.
• One person should use one account. Creating several accounts to get around a limit is not allowed.

4. Free plan and limits

• The free plan includes a daily limit on connected time. The limit shown in the app is the one that applies to you. It resets at midnight UTC.
• The free plan includes a bandwidth allowance and shows ads (a banner, and occasional full-screen ads). You can remove ads and the daily time limit by subscribing to a paid plan, or watch a short rewarded ad in the app for extra time on a given day.
• Limits can change. We will show the current limit in the app and on the Pricing page.

5. Paid plans, subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

FastConnect offers paid subscriptions: a monthly plan and a yearly plan. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page and in the app before you pay.

What you are buying. A subscription gives you the paid plan's benefits (no daily connected-time limit, premium servers, and the plan's bandwidth allowance) for one billing period.

Billing period and price. The monthly plan is billed every 30 days; the yearly plan is billed every 365 days. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm your purchase. Google Play shows the price in your local currency and adds any tax (such as VAT or sales tax) that applies in your country.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown at the time of renewal, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal.

Where subscriptions are sold. Premium subscriptions are sold only inside the FastConnect app, through Google Play. FastConnect does not sell subscriptions on this website.

Subscriptions bought through Google Play. If you buy through Google Play, the purchase is made, billed and managed by Google Play, and Google's terms and payment rules also apply. To cancel: open the Google Play Store app, go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, choose FastConnect and select Cancel subscription.

Cancellation. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your access straight away: your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account returns to the free plan. Cancelling does not create a refund.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not give refunds for unused time in a billing period, for a cancellation, or for a change of plan, except where the law requires a refund or Google Play's policies provide one.

Upgrading mid-term. When you move from a monthly plan to a yearly plan during a billing period, you pay the difference in price with a credit for the unused part of your current period. The new period starts when you upgrade, and the breakdown is shown to you before you confirm.

Downgrading. A change to a lower-priced plan takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep your current plan until then.

Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Free trials and promotions. We do not currently offer a free trial or promotional subscription. If we introduce one, we will state here when it converts to a paid subscription and how to cancel before it does.

Failed payments. Subscriptions bought through Google Play are billed and retried according to Google Play's own payment and account-hold rules. If a renewal payment keeps failing, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan.

Ending the service. If we stop offering FastConnect, we will give notice and, where we have taken payment for a period we cannot provide, we will refund that unused period as the law requires.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use FastConnect to:

• break any law, or help others break one;
• attack, scan, or disrupt systems, networks or people;
• send spam, malware, or unsolicited messages;
• infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights;
• share account details, resell access, or run a service for others without our written permission;
• try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service or its servers.

We may stop traffic or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we may cooperate with authorities when the law requires it.

7. Servers and availability

• Servers can change, be added, move, or be taken offline for maintenance or security reasons.
• Auto selects a server for you based on response time. It is a best effort choice, and a server can still fail.
• We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Suspension and termination

• You can stop using FastConnect at any time by signing out and uninstalling the app. To close a paid account, contact [email protected].
• We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect the service or others.
• When access ends, your right to use the service ends. Sections on payments already due, liability, and disputes continue to apply.

9. Our software and content

FastConnect, its app, servers, website and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

10. Third-party services

The website and app may use third-party services, such as Cloudflare and app stores. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for websites you visit through the VPN, or for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimers

FastConnect is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including that the service will be fast, always available, or suitable for any particular purpose. A VPN does not make you anonymous and does not protect you from malware or phishing.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BANCO LTD's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of FastConnect is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, for the free plan, 25 USD). We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from your use of websites or services you access through the VPN. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using FastConnect after changes take effect, you accept them.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of FastConnect will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
